LinkedIn: Internal Hiring

Due to The Great Reshuffle, finding interested and qualified candidates has been quite the challenge. LinkedIn is uniquely positioned to tackle this problem by creating a new way to think about hiring - source internal employees looking for a change in scenery through implicit signals. Hiring internally helps companies reduces attrition, onboarding time, and much more. On the flip side, poaching from other internal teams is a huge concern.
